Is pet odour removal guaranteed?
No. Odour can reach carpet backing, underlay, subfloor, or upholstery fill. The source, material, and treatment history must be assessed before expectations are set.
Is professional cleaning suitable for every rug?
No. Antique, hand-knotted, unstable-dye, wool, silk, and specialty rugs may require controlled off-site cleaning by a rug specialist.
How is commercial carpet cleaning priced?
Commercial pricing is based on measured area, carpet construction, condition, access, treatment needs, operating constraints, and whether the work is one-time or recurring. A site assessment is normally required.
What should a strata manager include in a quote request?
